It has been said that the true age of a person are seen through its hands. That may be true to some extent but not in all situations. One’s hands can age prematurely age for various reasons depending on his or her way of life. Skilled workers, housewives, and athletes may have older looking hands as compared to others. But most of the time the reason why our hands are not pleasing to the eyes is because we fail to take good care of them.

  • When doing chores like washing the dishes, gardening, cleaning, and doing the laundry, it would be best if you wear gloves. This would prevent your hands to have calluses.
