One has to effectively cross core sleep in order for sleepiness to wear off. It is good if a person wakes up 30 to 40 minutes after core sleep. Studies show that having too much or too little sleep can be bad for our health. Either of these can lead to obesity or increase in fat, diabetes, and heart disease.

Setting Good Conditions for Sleep

You can produce a good sleep when your body is tired. However, a too tired body can also lead to a disturbed sleeping pattern. Avoid eating too much before hitting the bed; your sleep will not be satisfactory. You will be surprised to know that even the number or height of pillows you use plays an important role in the way we sleep. The same goes for night lamps.
