  • Have adequate rest and sleep. Get enough rest and sleep for about 7 to 8 hours a day to help revitalize and restore your body’s energy.
  • Hydrate yourself with plenty of water throughout the day. To replenish cells and maintain optimum body function.
  • Engage in regular physical activities like stretching, walking, jogging or doing regular exercise. This will improve blood circulation and prevent the risk for heart diseases.
  • Meditate to heal your mind and promote relaxation for both body and spirit.
  • Eat a healthy well balanced diet to provide nourishment and supplement your body with the necessary nutrient it needs.
  • Keep it natural. As much as possible avoid using chemicals on your body. Buy shampoos, soaps and cosmetics that are made naturally. By doing this you’ll retain your skin’s natural moisture and texture.
