  • Make your bedroom as comfortable as possible. Your bedroom should be your own little temple that promotes sleep. A room with good ventilation, soft beddings, and clean sheets help enhance a good sleep.
  • Find ways to keep you relaxed before sleeping. Read a book or browse a magazine, this can help tire the eyes and initiate sleep. Having a massage before sleep also helps in achieving a sound sleep.
