How to Diet the Right Way
If you’re trying to lose weight, but you don’t want to do any cardio exercise, think again. There are many people in the world who absolutely hate weight training and just do cardio, and there are many people who absolutely hate cardio and just do weight training. In both situations, however, it is still possible to lose weight. In fact, you can lose weight without doing anything at all. All that is required is that you take in lesser calories than you expend. However, everyone knows this is dangerous and will eventually lower the metabolism to a point where future weight loss is almost impossible.
The safest and most efficient way of dieting involves eating your normally calories, but increasing you activity in order to force a caloric deficit. This is different from starvation in that your body already has taken in its calories, it’s just burning them off to create energy to be used for your new level of activity. This doesn’t lower the metabolism rate or thrust the body into starvation mode, it simply burn up stored calories and fat reserves which is the key of any diet. This is why the use of some form of activity along with any diet is imperative.
