Hello Padma,

 Knowledge is your best weapon here. Keep a journal of what you are doing when you experience hyperhydrosis, and include what you were thinking about. It may be that your mind is on something else and that is what is causing you stress. Surprisingly many people notice a pattern as early as the fourth or fifth entry. What seemed completely random is actually usually traced when you start keeping a record.

 I do again recommend Mike's book from the post above. Mike suffered from Hyperhydrosis since high school and this is a guy who not only tried the conventional cures for hyperhydrosis with no luck, but went on to develop his own solution that has helped hundreds of people. You are not likely to find a guy who knows more about curing this problem on the planet than him.

Good Luck Padma.

I request your suggesion;
 I am 55yrs.lean, 45kg 5feet house wife, not much stressed.
It often occurs irrespective of day and night, but normally at sleep it sweats more from head , at times at different parts of body like legs, face etc with local
bit high temperature. periodicity is once in 15 days but nor regular.
Would you mind to suggest
a) why it happens
b) how to control the sweating.
Thanks

I would agree that a variation on crunches is essential for nicely toned or sculpted abs, but at the same time you want to try and do some excercises that would take the strain off of your back. You would also need to have a proper diet regiment to supplement your aerobic excercise routine or you will soon get discouraged.
