If you’re trying to lose weight, but you don’t want to do any cardio exercise, think again. There are many people in the world who absolutely hate weight training and just do cardio, and there are many people who absolutely hate cardio and just do weight training. In both situations, however, it is still possible to lose weight. In fact, you can lose weight without doing anything at all. All that is required is that you take in lesser calories than you expend.
